- Lead annual planning process for the Product and present recommendations to the Product Planning Board.
- Support Sales for Product promotion and pre-RFP efforts.
- Lead the Product Adaptation process for bids and contracts.
- Monitor the QCD performance during project execution.
- Escalate key product issues and decisions to the Product Planning Board.
- Interface with marketing and sales to develop the Product requirements Specification and interpret the customer and market needs.
- Engage delivery and R&D functions to translate customer and market needs into delivery strategies, design, features and development goals and plans.
- Formalise the product value propositions and differentiating factors.
- Monitor product position versus competitors.
- Manage the technology and product development pipeline.
- Establish and maintain the Reference Product Models and Reference Product Libraries.
- Champion the application of the Reference Product Models to internal Sales and Tendering organisations.

Your principle responsibilities will include;
Degree level qualification or equivalent in a technical or engineering discipline.
