Commercial Manager - EPC Power Projects

Our client is seeking to employ a senior individual who will provide complete power solutions to the global market.

Responsibilities:

• Developing procurement plans and contracting strategies before working with the legal team to formulate templates for head, subcontract, consortium agreements and for ensuring the application of project renumeration systems involving our client and the supply chain.
• You will also be responsible for developing and leading negotiations with our client and the supply chain covering all aspects of contract execution.

Candidate Requirements:

• You will have a minimum of a degree or equivalent in an engineering related discipline and will have extensive experience working in an EPC or consortium management power projects environment, an understanding of large, complex, capital projects is essential.
• Strong cross team integration and problem solving skills in order to support and effect the collaboration between all facets of a large EPC project to ensure the timely expediting of equipment.
• Strong team working ethic and leadership skills, being able to operate and communicate effectively within a culturally diverse environment.
• The selected candidate will be flexible to UK and worldwide travel, when required
