EPC Proposals Manager (Coal Fired Power Plants)

Our client is seeking to employ an experienced proposals professional to join the new business unit that will be focusing on EPC projects.

Responsibilities:

• Organise, coordinate and prepare commercially and technically sound proposals for management reviews.
• Liaising with management, assisting in the development of business opportunities.
• Ensure the functional department and Business Stream Leaders are kept fully aware of current and forward workload plans.
• Prepare various reports and risk management papers.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s business management process and operating procedures, in order to execute and complete EPC proposals on time and deliver them to customer satisfaction to win orders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience within proposal management and the development of proposal strategies, along with extensive experience within the Coal fired power sector, oil & gas or major construction industries within the energy/power generation sector.
• Sound understanding of the sales and marketing function.
• A team player, you will be results driven and customer focused.

Qualifications

• Will ideally possess an Engineering degree preferably in the Mechanical or Construction Chemical discipline.
